To ensure timely delivery and avoid delays or non-delivery, please provide your actual, complete residential address in the shipping details.

Do not use the address of a third party (like a resending company) or a local post office address.

Delivery Services:

We dispatch orders from Vilnius, Lithuania.

We ship orders to Lithuania and to Ukraine via Regular Post (Lietuvos Paštas)

We ship orders to other countries by FedEx or Regular Post.

You can select shipping options on the Shipping Confirmation page.

 

Cost of delivery, depending on the distance from Lithuania, weight of the package and shipping service:

Orders to Lithuania - from 5 to 12 euros per up to 3 kg.

Orders to EU countries - from 5 to 80 euros per up to 3 kg.

Orders to Ukraine - from 10 to 20 euros per up to 3 kg.

Orders to the USA - from 30 to 40 euros per up to 3 kg [FedEx only].

Orders to the UK, Canada - from 10 to 40 euros per up to 3 kg.

Orders to other countries - from 10 to 40 euros per up to 3 kg.

The exact fees and shipping options are calculated and shown on the Shipping Confirmation page before checkout and payment for the order.

 

Delivery time:

Due to specific conditions of delivery from country to country we are giving only estimated terms:

Orders to Lithuania - up to 5 business days.

Orders to EU countries - up to 10 business days.

Orders to Ukraine - up to 14 business days.

Orders to the UK, the USA, Canada - up to 14 business days.

Orders to other countries - up to 14 business days.

 

Import fees for non-EU countries:

All orders ship from Lithuania. Please make sure you are prepared to pay any potential import fees to receive your parcel.

Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you how much this will be as it differs from country to country. Check with your local customs office for information on taxes in your country. The approximate duty can be calculated here: https://www.simplyduty.com/ 

 

Lost or non-delivered parcels:

We will send a replacement if the local postal service provides the customer with confirmation that the package was lost.
